Victoria has worked across the health, medical and beauty sectors for more than two decades, with 13 years spanning patient transport, IHCD emergency ambulance service, frontline response and work within a hospital emergency department. Her advanced training spans skin health, laser, aesthetics and permanent makeup.
She is known for honest advice, detailed treatment planning and the long-term relationships she builds with clients, many of whom feel more like friends than appointment numbers.

Paramedic-led PRP.
PAL3 Medical is part of our family story. Lee is Victoria’s partner and an experienced frontline paramedic. On his rest days, he provides platelet-rich plasma treatments from the clinic for selected hair, skin, joint and tendon concerns.
PRP uses a carefully prepared concentration from the client’s own blood to support natural repair processes. Every client is assessed individually, with honest advice about suitability, realistic expectations and when another route may be more appropriate.
Clinical treatment spaces
Rooms are prepared appropriately for the treatment being performed. Injectable and permanent makeup procedures use clinically cleanable surfaces without unnecessary soft furnishings.
