When correction is not enough
Ashy or altered pigment may need removal first.
There is a limit to what additional corrective pigment can achieve. Older work, dense colour and pigments that have shifted to an ashy tone may need specialist reduction before a refined result can be planned. As pigment formulations have evolved, manual and chemical removal can also be less predictable; some products may contain citrus-derived or other sensitising ingredients, so please disclose allergies before assessment.

01Bespoke permanent brows+
Pigment is implanted with a technique selected around natural hair, skin type, desired finish and how the work is expected to heal over time.
What it can help with
Sparse, uneven or poorly defined brows and clients wanting reliable shape without daily drawing.
Who it may suit
Adults with healthy skin who understand permanent makeup softens and changes over time; previous pigment requires assessment.
Recommended course
An initial treatment plus a healed review/refinement appointment where appropriate. Colour boosts are advised by the healed result, not automatically every year.
Before treatment
Avoid tanning, brow treatments and unapproved actives. Disclose medication, pregnancy, skin disease, allergy, previous pigment and healing problems.
Aftercare
Keep the area clean and dry as directed, apply only recommended aftercare, avoid picking, makeup, sweating, swimming, sun and active skincare while healing.
Downtime & results
Brows appear darker and sharper initially, then soften and may look patchy through healing. The true result is assessed only when fully healed.

02Permanent eyeliner+
Pigment is placed along the lash line to create individually mapped definition suited to eye shape and the long-term healed result.
What it can help with
Lash-line definition, makeup convenience and selected clients who struggle to apply eyeliner.
Who it may suit
Clients with suitable eye and skin health; eye disease, recent surgery, lash serums, extensions or previous pigment may alter the plan.
Recommended course
Initial treatment followed by a healed review/refinement where suitable. Maintenance timing varies considerably.
Before treatment
Remove lash extensions as advised, pause growth serums, avoid contact lenses on the day and disclose eye conditions, medication and previous cosmetic tattooing.
Aftercare
Avoid touching, eye makeup, contact lenses, swimming, steam and sweating for the advised period. Follow infection-warning guidance carefully.
Downtime & results
Swelling and tenderness are common for a few days. Colour looks stronger before it heals and softens.

03Lip blush+
Carefully selected pigment enhances lip tone and border while respecting natural anatomy, undertone and tissue condition.
What it can help with
Uneven lip colour, loss of definition and clients wanting a soft tint rather than lipstick-like volume.
Who it may suit
Clients with healthy lips and realistic colour expectations; cold-sore history, pigmentation risk and previous filler are assessed.
Recommended course
Initial treatment plus healed review/refinement where appropriate. Colour evolves over several weeks and maintenance is individual.
Before treatment
Cold-sore prevention may be required through your prescriber. Arrive with well-conditioned lips and disclose filler, allergy, medication and pigment history.
Aftercare
Use only the recommended balm, avoid picking, heat, spicy food, makeup, swimming and sun exposure while healing.
Downtime & results
Swelling, tenderness, dryness and flaking are expected possibilities. Colour can look vivid before fading and settling.

04Areola restorative tattooing+
A sensitive, personalised tattooing service recreates or balances areola colour and detail following surgery or other change.
What it can help with
Visual restoration, symmetry and confidence following breast surgery or altered pigmentation.
Who it may suit
Clients fully healed and medically cleared where necessary, with healthy tissue and realistic expectations.
Recommended course
One or more sessions may be needed, followed by healed review. Scar tissue can retain pigment differently.
Before treatment
Medical clearance may be requested. Disclose surgery dates, radiotherapy, medication, allergy and healing history.
Aftercare
Protect the area from friction, moisture, sweating and contamination and follow the supplied dressing and cleansing instructions.
Downtime & results
Tenderness, redness and flaking can occur. The pigment initially looks stronger and changes through healing.

05PMU colour correction & removal+
Old or unwanted pigment is assessed for colour, depth, technique, skin condition and location before correction, lightening or removal is considered. Pigment that has healed ashy, over-saturated or significantly altered may need to be reduced before new work is attempted.
What it can help with
Unwanted shape, faded or ashy colour shifts and selected brows, lips or eyeliner requiring a safer long-term plan.
Who it may suit
Clients prepared for a staged process. Corrective pigment can only achieve so much and cannot safely cover every colour; specialist laser assessment through Tiverton Laser Clinic may be the more responsible first step.
Recommended course
Usually multiple sessions with substantial healing intervals. Pigment formulations and techniques have changed over the years, so response can be less predictable. Eyeliner tattoo removal is specialist work following specific advanced training.
Before treatment
Provide treatment history and clear photographs if available. Avoid tanning and disclose medication, eye conditions, pigment reactions, previous removal and all known allergies. Some manual or chemical removal products may contain citrus-derived or other sensitising ingredients, so the exact formulation and allergy history must be checked before treatment.
Aftercare
Follow the exact laser or correction aftercare, avoid picking and heat, and protect healing skin from UV exposure.
Downtime & results
Redness, swelling, crusting, temporary pigment darkening or colour change can occur. Outcome and number of sessions cannot be guaranteed.

Good treatment begins with knowing when not to treat.
Permanent makeup breaks the skin and requires appropriate infection control, consent and aftercare. Active skin disease, infection, certain medication, poor healing, pregnancy and previous pigment may affect suitability. Removal near the eye is specialist work and only undertaken after careful assessment.
