What we can help with
Stimulate the skin’s own collagen for gradual support, improved tissue quality and carefully selected structural concerns, without treating every change as a need for traditional filler.
Polynucleotides, PRP and selected skin boosters can support hydration, resilience and texture.
Carefully selected polynucleotide or PRP plans can support thin, crepey or tired-looking skin where suitable.
PRP and supportive plans may be considered for selected hair and scalp concerns following assessment.
Our approach
Different products do different jobs. Hydration, collagen stimulation and repair should not be treated as interchangeable claims.
Options include biostimulation with Sculptra or Radiesse, polynucleotides, PRP, exosome-supported protocols and selected skin boosters.
Biological change is gradual. Courses and maintenance are explained honestly, including likely cost and downtime.
Standardised photographs and review help distinguish meaningful change from day-to-day variation.
Treatment guide
Open each treatment for a clear explanation of how it works, who it may suit, recommended courses, preparation, aftercare and downtime.
Purified polynucleotides are injected into selected skin areas to support hydration, tissue quality and repair signalling without creating filler-like volume.
Crepey or tired-looking under-eyes, fine lines, hydration, resilience and general skin quality.
Clients wanting gradual skin-quality support, including selected delicate areas, after medical and anatomical assessment.
Commonly 2–3 sessions several weeks apart, then maintenance based on product, concern and response. Brands are selected for the treatment area.
Disclose fish allergy where relevant, medication, autoimmune history, infection, pregnancy and previous injectable reactions.
Avoid makeup, rubbing, heat, exercise, alcohol and active treatments initially. Do not press small injection bumps unless instructed.
Temporary bumps, swelling and bruising are common possibilities, especially around the eyes. Improvement develops gradually.
Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.
Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid biostimulator placed in selected facial areas to encourage the skin to produce more of its own collagen. It is designed for gradual regeneration rather than an immediate filler result.
Age-related collagen loss, diffuse volume change, skin support, facial structure and selected areas of laxity where progressive improvement is appropriate.
Clients who want subtle, gradual change and are prepared to commit to a planned course. Facial anatomy, medical history, skin quality and expectations are assessed carefully first.
Often 3–4 sessions around 6 weeks apart. Collagen production continues for many months and results may last up to around 2 years, although individual response varies.
Disclose medication, autoimmune history, previous filler or biostimulator treatment, infection, pregnancy and planned medical or dental procedures. Allow time before important events because bruising and swelling are possible.
Follow the prescribed massage protocol exactly. Avoid heat, strenuous exercise, alcohol and facial treatments for the advised period.
Swelling, tenderness and bruising can last several days. The initial fullness settles before collagen change develops gradually. Nodules are a recognised risk and will be discussed before treatment.
Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.
Radiesse contains calcium hydroxylapatite. It can provide carefully selected structural support or be hyperdiluted to stimulate collagen and elastin, improving skin quality without relying on traditional volumising filler.
Selected lower-face, jawline, neck, décolletage, body or hand concerns, including crepey skin, laxity and loss of structural support where the treatment is appropriate.
Clients who may benefit from collagen stimulation or firmer structural support rather than soft hyaluronic-acid hydration. It is not suitable for every facial area or concern.
The plan depends on whether Radiesse is used for structure or as a hyperdilute biostimulator. Some clients need one treatment and review, while others benefit from a planned course and maintenance.
Provide a full injectable and medical history. Disclose infection, medication, autoimmune conditions, pregnancy and planned dental or medical procedures.
Avoid pressure, heat, strenuous exercise, alcohol and facial treatments initially. Follow any massage instructions specific to the technique used.
Swelling, bruising, tenderness and temporary firmness may occur. Product-specific risks, including nodules and rare vascular complications, are explained fully before consent.
Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.
A small blood sample is processed to concentrate platelets, then the client’s own PRP is delivered by injection and/or microneedling to support repair.
Skin texture, fine crepiness, under-eye quality, radiance and selected regenerative treatment plans.
Clients who prefer an autologous option and are medically suitable for blood collection and treatment.
Usually a course of around 3 sessions, with timing and maintenance tailored to the area, response and wider plan.
Hydrate well, eat normally unless advised otherwise and disclose blood disorders, anaemia, medication, infection, pregnancy and fainting history.
Keep the area clean, avoid rubbing, makeup, heat, exercise and alcohol initially, and follow instructions for injected versus microneedled areas.
Bruising, redness, tenderness, swelling and pin-point marks can occur. Results are gradual and vary with individual biology.
Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.
Concentrated platelets from the client’s own blood are placed into the scalp as part of a plan for selected thinning concerns.
Support for selected non-scarring hair thinning and scalp treatment plans after the cause has been considered.
Clients with an appropriate pattern of hair loss; sudden, patchy or medically unexplained loss should be investigated first.
Often an initial course of 3 or more sessions followed by maintenance; the plan depends on diagnosis, duration and response.
Seek appropriate blood tests or medical review when indicated. Arrive hydrated with a clean scalp and disclose medication and blood conditions.
Avoid washing, products, sweating, heat, swimming and scalp treatments for the advised period.
Tenderness, small bumps, headache or bruising may occur. Hair change is slow and cannot be guaranteed.
Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.
Topical exosome products may be used alongside a controlled skin procedure to support recovery and skin-quality goals; they are not injected at VIP Cosmedics.
Post-procedure recovery support, texture, hydration and selected rejuvenation plans.
Clients whose skin concern and procedure justify the added product, after evidence, source and suitability have been discussed.
Used within an individually planned microneedling or resurfacing course rather than sold as a stand-alone miracle treatment.
Disclose allergies, autoimmune conditions, infection, pregnancy and recent procedures. Pause active skincare only as instructed.
Follow the aftercare for the accompanying procedure: gentle cleansing, barrier support, no heat or actives initially, and strict SPF50.
Downtime is mainly determined by the accompanying procedure. Claims and evidence limitations are explained honestly.
Suitability, risks and expected outcomes are confirmed during consultation. Results vary between clients.
